September 2025-June 2026:
  • NEW! Preschool Program
    • 2's class For children turning 2 by August 31st, 2025.
    • 3's class for children turning 3 years old by December 31st, 2025. 
  • Infant/Toddler Program
    • For children ages 6 weeks to 23 months old. 
      Children must be at least 6 weeks old to begin in the program.
      (If your child is not-yet 6 weeks, the spot can be claim, but all payments begin at the start of the year regardless of individual desired start dates. We cannot hold a spot otherwise. We can continue to have you on the wait list and notify you in a spot opens during your desired start time, but this is not guaranteed. If a spot opens mid-year, tuition is pro-rated).

      Summer 2025: 
      Dates: June 30th-August 21st
    • Priority for summer daycare spots is given to those staying through the 2025-2026 school year and those already in our program.
    • Please email daycare@msjc.org if you are looking for summer care only and did not attend this past school year. 
    • Children under 36 months will be apart of our summer infant/toddler program.
    • Those over 3 years of age (or entering 3k) should apply for camp using our summer camp application form. If your child is on the younger side and you would like to speak about which program will be better for them, please reach out to daycare@msjc.org.
*Please note:
  • Registration for the 2025-2026 school year is $350 and is not applied to tuition. This saves your spot and is non-refundable. 
  • Summer registration is $100. $50 is not applied to tuition.  This saves your spot and is non-refundable.
  • If you register for the fall and the summer, $100 is applied toward your summer tuition. 
Summer and School Year Attendance

All children must have this medical form filled out by their child's physician to begin in the program: 
New York State Health Care Form

Emergency Contacts:
We will always try the parents first. Please list two other emergency contacts if parents are unable to be reached. Please note, emergency contact #1 must be local. 
Authorized pick-up 
Please include name & phone number

In order to take every possible safety measure at dismissal, we require that each person, other than a parent, authorized to pick up your child be known to the director. In the event that someone not listed below will be picking up your child, please call the office before dismissal. 

In addition, this must be filled out to keep on your child's file and must have original signature: OCFS-LDSS form.
