To submit proof of vaccination, please do so here,or stop by the office during business hours.
We anticipate that in the coming weeks we will be updating our definition of being fully vaccinated to be limited to people (when eligible) who have received a Covid booster. We therefore encourage everyone over age 16 who is eligible for a booster to get one as soon as possible. There are also indications that this year’s flu season is significant and we encourage everyone to get a flu shot.
