Isaac Pollak heads a Chevra Kadisha serving Manhattan's Upper East Side and has been doing Taharot for some 4 decades. Having acquired over 300 Chevra Kadisha-related historical artifacts, he has amassed the largest collection of Chevra Kadisha Material Culture in the world. He serves as chairperson of the Acquisition Committee for Traditional Material Culture at the Jewish Museum in NYC, is working toward a doctorate in Anthropological Aspects of Modern Jewish Studies, and is CEO of LGP LTD., an international marketing company with a client base in over 60 countries on 6 continents.
